Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.
• Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays.
• Shipping times begin after processing is completed.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship within the United States, APO addresses, and U.S. territories.
• For international orders, please refer to authorized global distributors.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
• Available for all U.S. regions including PO Boxes
• Final delivery is typically handled by USPS

Express Shipping (1-Day / 2-Day)

• Orders must be placed before 12 PM ET for same-day processing
• Delivery time:
  • 1-Day: next business day
  • 2-Day: second business day
• Requires a physical address (no PO Boxes)

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• Express shipping fees are non-refundable unless delayed by the carrier
• A signature may be required upon delivery
