Returns & Refund Eligibility

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery
• Free returns are available for orders placed on the official website
• Products must meet the following conditions:
  • In original condition (apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • Not marked as Final Sale

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Once the return is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email
• Bank processing may take up to 10 business days after approval

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available within the 30-day window
• If exchanging:
  • Lower-priced item → difference refunded
  • Higher-priced item → additional payment required

Non-Refundable Items

• Gift cards are non-refundable
• Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
• Shipping fees (1-day / 2-day) are non-refundable, unless delayed by the carrier

Important Notes

• Items purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers (e.g., eBay, resale platforms) are not eligible for refunds or exchanges
• Products purchased from authorized retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase
• Returns must be initiated through the official return system before shipping back
